We Are Moving To A New Office…
The year 2008 is coming to an end and most people can hardly wait! A lot has happened in the last year. This has been quite a challenging year and has left many people searching for answers. Will I have a job next year? Is this the right time to refinance our house? Is this the time to buy a house? Should I invest in real estate and buy an investment house as interest rates are at record lows and housing values the lowest in many years?
Today will be my last day at Coldwell Banker Schweitzer as we get ready for a new year. It has been a pleasure to work for Paul and Kathy Schweitzer. We have outgrown our current facility due to the increase in business we have experienced in 2008, and have made the decision to join Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams Realty, as I'm sure you are aware is a national franchise with offices all over the United States. Keller Williams was recently named one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in the country. I feel it's important to be surrounded by success and growth, which is why I made a business decision to join a company that was expanding and growing their business at the same rate I was.
Regardless of the tough economic times that we have faced in 2008, I want you to know that you can still put your trust and faith in me should you need to sell your home or purchase a new home. I finished 2008 very strong selling 102 homes, and being featured in the Detroit Free Press as one of the very few Realtors in Metro Detroit who had one of their best years in Real Estate. I don't tell you this to impress you, but instead to impress upon you that my highly efficient marketing systems work in this economy and is cutting edge in the real estate industry. Our marketing program is what separates my team from the rest of the pack.
What does this mean if you are a current client and have your home listed with me? Nothing! You can expect all the same great service. I have a real estate team that has made the transition seamless. The sign in your front yard will be exchanged with a new sign within the next seven days. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to call me at 248-937-1337. This phone number will stay with me and remain my point of contact along with the same email address firstname.lastname@example.org
I wish you a happy new year. A new year that brings us a better economy, continued employment, peace of mind and most important, good health.
Oh By The Way...Stay tuned for a sneak peak of the new yard signs. They look slick.
